One of the official side events of the 7th African Development Conference (TICAD7), “Africa – Japan Startup Pitch” was held on August 30th in Yokohama by JETRO, JICA and UNDP. 17 African companies and 7 Japanese companies pitched and three African companies were awarded prize from the sponsoring companies. 17 African companies were selected from about 500 applications.

As one of the sponsoring companies, we selected Chefaa (https://www.chefaa.com/) in Egypt for the AAIC Award. As an AAIC award, Chefaa has been committed to a one-year free advisory service from us, specifically AAIC will consider investing in the future.
